Aim: We are raising money for a charitable cause that is very important to us so please donate and help us reach our target
We are raising money for a charitable cause that means a great deal to us — Macmillan Cancer Support.
Anything you can contribute to help us reach our fundraising target will be massively appreciated and will go toward supporting people affected by cancer when they need it most.
As a thank you, we’re offering the chance to win a fantastic prize:
🎁 A signed and framed Leeds United shirt,
Presented to us by Dan James at the 7–0, Cardiff vs Leeds match in the 2024/25 Championship winning season — a game we were lucky enough to sponsor. (Verification of authenticity photographs can be provided with Dan James presenting the shirt)
Everyone who donates will be entered into a prize draw to win the shirt.

Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Collingham Dental Care, of 6 Hastings Court. This prize draw is not affiliated with or endorsed by Crowdfunder.co.uk.
2. Eligibility
- The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
- By entering, you confirm that you are legally permitted to participate under applicable laws.
- Agents and Employees and Immediate family members of the promoter are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
- Entry to the prize draw is available by making a qualifying donation to Macmillan Cancer Support crowdfunding campaign on Crowdfunder.co.uk.
- A donation of £5 qualifies for 1 entry.
- A donation of £10 qualifies for 3 entries.
- Multiple entries are permitted through multiple qualifying donations.
- No purchase necessary: to enter without donating, send a postcard/letter including your full name, address, email address, and a clear statement that you wish to enter the "LUFC Prize Draw" to: Collingham Dental Care, 6 Hastings Court, Wetherby, LS22 5AW. Free entries must be received by 6th July. One free entry per person is allowed.
4. Entry Period
- The prize draw opens on 8th June 2025 and closes at 4pm on 6th July 2025.
- Entries received after the closing date will not be counted.
5. The Prize
- The prize(s) consists of a framed signed Leeds United Home Shirt.
- The prize is non-transferable and no cash or alternative will be offered.
- Winner needs to be able to collect the prize from Collingham Dental Care, 6 Hastings Court, Leeds, LS22 5AW
6. Winner Selection and Notification
- Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries.
- A fair and independently verifiable process will be used to draw the winner(s). This will be conducted using a random number generator (Random.org) and will be recorded and overseen by a random third party.
- The draw will take place on or around 7th July.
- Winners will be contacted via the email address provided within 5 working days. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.
7. Publicity
- Winners agree to the use of their first name and town/city for publicity purposes.
- Photos or testimonials may be requested but are voluntary.
8. Data Protection
- All personal data will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK GDPR.
- Data will be used solely for administering this prize draw and will not be shared with third parties.
9. Legal Compliance
- This is a free prize draw under UK law. It includes a free entry route and is not a lottery under the Gambling Act 2005.
- By entering, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
10. General
- The promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend this draw if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. All donations will be refunded if this is the case.
- These terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
