To bring back to life a once lovely garden in Fowey that has been hidden, overgrown and neglected so that it can be enjoyed by the community
The Fowey Town Forum is a locally constituted and recognised ”not for profit” organisation in Fowey made up of representatives from various organisations including Fowey Town Council, The Fowey Festival and Fowey Regatta.
The Fowey Town Forum have identified a small garden in Fowey that is owned by Cornwall Council but until recently was hidden under years of vegetation growth.

Two local residents have cut the brambles and pruned the undergrowth but now the race is on to bring it back to splendour before the weeds take over again!!
We want to raise money so that we can replant the gardens with flowering bushes and bulbs and vegetation attractive to wildlife and for easy maintenance by the community.

It would be lovely to reinstate this former glorious garden, create additional seating overlooking the river and give the Community and visitors alike, a beautiful space to enjoy nature, the view and the wonderful Cornish air!
We also need help in the garden ........!
So don't delay ... help us to restore this lovely garden !!
