Lost In The Dam - Express yourself through art

Aim

My dream is to create wearable art allowing people to express themselves in fashion that they have had a input in producing.

Hi my names Louis, I'm in my twenties, born and raised in London and like everyone else I'm trying to make my dream a reality.

My dream is to give people fashion that is exclusive to them, as human beings we crave to have what no one else has but the high street doesn't tend to cater for this demand.

I created the brand 'Lost In The Dam' which provides a service that allows people to bring me their ideas and we create pieces of art that they are able to wear and enjoy, having only been doing this on a very small scale locally I want to be able to grow and provide this service on a bigger scale.

The brand name was inspired from a trip to Amsterdam, I loved the vibe of the city, people all around allowing themselves to just let go and have a great time, the sense that nothing matters apart from being happy and escaping normality thus being 'Lost In The Dam'. This is exactly the kind of vibe I want to create.

We design tattoos and have them put on our bodies to express our individuality or because the art may mean something to ourselves, so what if I am able to create pieces of fashion that someone has designed and requested that they're unable to create themselves but with my skills I am able to produce these pieces for them giving them the exclusivity they desire.

I would use the money kindly donated to work on designs that would display the different kinds of wearable art we can provide at Lost In the Dam and to grow the awareness of the brand and services we provide. 

I would donate the sample pieces created to charity as it is only right the good fortune shown to myself is passed on to those in need.
