Aim
Our aim is to put pressure to schools through our campaign so that they're reminded of their duty of care for the children.
An update:
We're grateful to every one of you who support us in our effort.
We have posted notice of liability to schools in eight borough so far. Attached are few pictures on the letters being prepared and proof of postage we obtained. Our team member had certainly cause a massive queue at the post office. Some of them were able to fund the postage and we will reimburse them, thanks to your generosity. The rest of the borough is waiting for the fund raised.
This campaign runs all over the country, and some counties have posted their letter. The Union has been receiving letters, phone calls and emails from headteachers from all over acknowledging the notice sent to them and to clarify their stance on testing, mask and vaccine policy in their school.
We need to get these notice out to all schools so that we can trigger the second phase of our campaign through parents or teachers/staff who want to start a grievance procedure and taking their school to court, which will allow the Union to give a legal help.
We need to disrupt and if possible, stop this ridiculous restrictions at schools which has no benefit to children's education.

Our campaign story:
One of our campaign task is to serve secondary schools in London with a notice of liability in form of a strong letter from the workers of England, Wales, and Scotland Union.
As the letter has a legal capacity, we will send these using a recorded delivery to 1006 schools in London. The purpose is that so we have proof of delivery in an event of taking a school to court.
Posting these letters will cost us postage fee which we cannot afford out of our own pocket.
The breakdown of the amount we ask is as follow:
£2072.36 = 1006 schools x £2.06 second class recorded delivery by Royal Mail. You can check for yourself this fee on Royal Mail website.
We will have to round this amount to £2200 to cover 3% platform fee 1.9% + 23p Transaction Fee.
