We're still collecting donations

On the 4th July 2022 we'd raised £630 with 14 supporters in 56 days. But as every pound matters, we're continuing to collect donations from supporters.

Who are we?

Champions 4 Change uses the art of boxing to help people to improve their health and fitness; build positive relationships; gain confidence and self-esteem and manage their emotions in a constructive way to relieve stress.

Community impact

We use boxing and mentoring as a vehicle for positive change in young people and adults and empower them to become the best versions of themselves through structured training and development platforms.

Our objectives are to improve health and fitness whilst learning the art of boxing; build positive relationships, confidence and self-esteem, and manage emotions in a constructive way to relieve stress.

Why are we crowdfunding?

We have been delivering after-school boxing sessions at the Glyndon Community Centre in Plumstead and St Thomas a Becket Primary School over the last 12 months and can see the difference to both the children attending and their parents' appreciation of the service.

In Greenwich, Lambeth and Tower Hamlets, we have identified the need for after-school boxing sessions on large council estates where children aged 8 - 16 lack safe spaces to engage in after-school recreation activities.

The objectives of our crowdfunding is to raise funds for staff, venue hire and equipment to extend our operations across Greenwich, Lambeth and Tower Hamlets.
