Lois & Brad here!!! We’re hoping to raise funds for the European Functional Fitness Federation (IF3) Masters in the Netherlands 12-15th June
Hi everyone,
Lois & Brad here!!! We’re excited to share that we have qualified for the European Functional Fitness Federation (IF3) Masters Championships, in the Netherlands, from 12-15th June 2025, as a result of our performances in the National Championships last month (Lois 1st, Brad 5th).
This is an incredible opportunity for us to compete on an international stage against some of the best athletes in the 30-34 age category in Europe.
Functional Fitness and CrossFit training is a passion and something we have dedicated many years towards excelling in; you have probably seen us in the gym working tirelessly to achieve goals like this.
The cost of competition is not cheap, and this trip is not funded by the governing body (though in the future they are working towards this).
A few of our close friends from the gym, and other walks of life have asked about fundraising, so we have decided to run a giveaway to offer something back for your kind donations, and hopefully allow many of you to access some cool prizes.

Each giveaway entry is £8 (+ platform transaction fee) and you can donate more to have more entries (£16 (+ platform fee) = 2 entries).
Brad and I will draw the giveaway on Monday 9th June.
