Löfte - effortless style with ethical beliefs.

Aim

To create an online destination for luxury sustainable fashion, whilst raising money for environmental charities by donating 20% of profits.

I've always wanted to work in fashion, and have done so my whole career. But while I love my industry, I've become more and more aware and concerned about its destructive nature. 

The fashion industry is one of the major polluting industries in the world. Some estimate that by the year 2050, fast fashion will account for a quarter of our contribution to climate change.

It is possible to shop sustainably, but it currently isn't easy. It involves a lot of research, effort and time - something most people simply don't have.

This is why I want to create löfte.  

löfte is a Swedish word meaning a vow or promise, and löfte's promise to you is that every product will not only be carefully selected for its style and quality but that it will also be sustainable. 

You can shop löfte with the peace of mind knowing that not only is everything sustainable, but also that 20% of profits will be donated to eco-friendly charities; effortless style with ethical beliefs.
