Aim

Help me purchase new servers and colocation space to start my own cloud solutions company

I am Christopher Stretton an IT engineer with 16 years experience working for solutions providers and data centres. I am wanting to start my own cloud services company that will offer educational establishments a lower rate for high quality services as the company will be making money from the private sector services.

To make this dream come true I will need to purchase some new servers and space to host them. I will be building the platform myself from scratch online and offline which will allow me to invest into the servers so I can provide  high quality, fast, reliable service to everyone who signs up.

Loadbox will be split into three sections. 

•  Hosted Storage 
• Hosted Desktop / Apps
• Hosted Email

Hosted Storage: Will be our own platform which will allow users to store data knowing it is secure, replicated across UK datacentres. LoadBox Storage platform will offer a wide range of features.

• encrypotion 
• compression
• file versioning
• file locking
• client side syncronisation 
• ability to backup the workstation / server
• API access

Hosted Desktop / Apps: This solution will be based in UK datacentres and built on industry leading hyper-visors to allow loadbox to provide scalability and high availability. This solution will be seperated between the private sector and the public sector users, by doing this we can give back to the public sector and provide discounted solutions while keeping the highest quility in service.

Hosted Emails: Loadbox's hosted email platform will be spread between to operating systems and technlogies depending on which service the users sign up to. The users will have an option between Microsoft Exchange 2016 and Open Exchange.

LoadBox will be aimed at the General Public and SME's but we are pasionate about startups like ourselves and personal development hence why we will be launching a training section for the education sector. We will be launching "LoadBox Learn" a class based environment which will harness the LoadBox platform to develop websites and potential tech startups.
