Jaxon Feeley, Media Personality & Active Campaigner for Transgender Rights, has organised a Benefit Show (Live Your Truth) in support of Esther Ghey and Peace & Mind UK. Esther has set up Peace & Mind UK, a non profit organisation in memory of her daughter Brianna Ghey, who unfortunately lost her life in a senseless act of violence in February 2023.

In launching Peace & Mind UK, Esther aims to promote resilience, empathy and unity to prevent such a horrendous attack or alike, happening ever again. Peace & Mind aims to create resources that teach children how to better take care of their own mental health, as well as learn how to understand others and have empathy and understanding for everyone’s unique human experience. It is through lack of skills and understanding about both yourself and other that can lead to such horrific crimes.

Jaxon is passionate about not only changing the landscape for Transgender youth and the way they are seen in the world, but also to show the power in vulnerability, self awareness and living your truth, whatever that may mean for people of all ages and backgrounds. Jaxon has been truly inspired by Esther’s resilience and wants to set Peace & Mind UK’s funding off to a flying start whilst providing her daughter Brianna with the legacy that she deserves.

With that being said, The Live Your Truth Benefit show will see some amazing acts come together in the heart of Manchester. Hosted by Gaydio’s very own Paris Munro and Helen Scott, the pair will join a variety of performers including; JSky, Smashby, Gay Elvis, Christopher Hall, Alexa Vox, Michelle Lawson, Amrick Channa and more plus some special guests on the night. All of whom are volunteering their time and efforts to support such an amazing cause.

The show will take place in the heart of Manchester’s Gay Village, The Brewer’s and will start from 7pm onwards with the show continuing until 11pm and the bar being open until 2am.

Jaxon: “We hope to unite a community, provide hope and strength, and provide a space to feel accepted, loved and safe. The event is expected to draw the attention of several celebrity guests all coming out to show support and pay tribute to Brianna and her family.

This page has been set up for anyone who cannot make the event, but would like to support the cause. Thank you so much in advance.
