Help Me Build Little Home Baker  Because Gluten Free Should Never Mean Going Without

A 100% Gluten-Free Micro Bakery & Baking School

My name is Anne Iarchy, and I’m the founder of Little Home Baker, a dream that was born out of both necessity and passion.

I live with coeliac disease, which means I must follow a strict gluten free diet. 

Like so many others, I quickly learned that “gluten free” often meant dry, crumbly, over processed, or simply disappointing. I refused to believe that removing gluten meant removing joy from baking and eating.

I truly believe that needing to eat gluten free should never mean settling for sub par bakes.

That belief is the heart of Little Home Baker.

My mission is to create delicious, from scratch, 100% gluten free bakes using real ingredients, no unnecessary processing, no compromises on flavour or texture. These are the kinds of bakes that bring people together, where no one can tell (or cares) that they’re gluten free. The kind your non gluten-free friends and family are genuinely happy to eat, and ask for seconds.

Beyond baking, I want to teach others how to bake gluten free with confidence. Through hands on classes and workshops, Little Home Baker will help people understand ingredients, techniques, and the joy of baking from scratch. Whether you’re gluten free yourself, baking for a loved one, or simply curious, my goal is to empower you with skills you can use for life.

I’m raising funds to help set up Little Home Baker, a small, dedicated gluten free micro bakery and baking school. Your support will help cover essential equipment, ingredients, licensing, and the safe, gluten free environment required to protect people with coeliac disease.
