Aim
To raise funds for Stockport Green Party's campaign for more Green Councillors
One of our members Lisa will be running 161Kms (just over 100 miles) during May, raising money for both a local charity Re:dish and Stockport Green Party. We will be using money raised towards more leaflets in our target wards in the run-up to the next local elections.
Electing and supporting Councillors is challenging financially for a Party with no big corporate donors, so we are relying on small donations from people to enable us to campaign effectively. If you can chip in, however little, that would be much appreciated.
