Winning Dumfriesshire, backing working people and building a community where every person has the chance to move forward, grow and thrive.
Dumfriesshire has been ignored for years. We have so much potential thst could be released if only we had the investment we deserve in better jobs, better homes and better prospects that encourage people to stay here and others to move to this beautiful place.
A lack of interest in this area by an SNP Government that can't see south of the Central Belt and Tory representation thst can't see past Westminster has resulted in chronic underfunding, crumbling infrastructure, the lowest mean wage in Scotland, high levels of fuel poverty and the highest depopulation outside the islands.
I live here, my family and home is here and as your local candidate I am focussed on making a difference for this area through hard work and getting things done.
Scottish Labour is the only party that can beat the SNP here. Reform are not even in the race and the Tories have no credible presence. Dumfriesshire badly needs ambition, creativity, energy and drive translated into real influence in Holyrood, and I will do that for Dumfriesshire.
But I need your help to win this campaign, to get the message out on leaflets, ads and social media, to make that positive difference for all residents and this beautiful area, turning Dumfriesshire from a forgotten region into an area of inclusive growth and opportunity.
