Aim

Get Green Party candidates on Lincolnshire ballot papers on July 4th!

We have local candidates ready to stand in our Lincolnshire constituencies, including:

Anne Gayfer - Grantham & Bourne
Rhys Baker - South Holland & the Deepings
Vanessa Smith – Gainsborough
 Chris Moore - Boston & Skegness

All of them are experienced campaigners and ready to take the battle to the Tories, and to hold an increasingly Tory-lite Labour party to account. However, we don’t have the deep pockets of some other parties, and it costs a lot of money to take part in a General Election. Can you help Anne, Rhys, Vanessa and Chris to take on the Tories?

• It costs £500 per constituency for the deposit just to get their name on the ballot paper
• To make an impact, it will take at least another £500 per constituency for campaign literature

We therefore need an absolute minimum of £2000 just to stand in the election in these seats, and £4000 to give us the best chance of holding the other parties to account.

Are you with us?

• Your donation helps Green candidates for Parliament to challenge the old parties 
• By helping Anne, Rhys, Vanessa and Chris to stand, your donation enables all the votes they receive to translate into government funding for the Green MPs elected elsewhere 
• If Anne, Rhys, Vanessa and Chris retain their deposit, those funds come back and can be spent by the Green Party again, so we can keep building strength both locally and nationally

P.S. Because we're a political party:

We're required to run electoral register checks from people making donations above £500, and if you donate over £1,500 during a year, we are required to let the Electoral Commission know, who will make this available on their website. All donations go to general Green Party funds.
