History

Lincoln Rugby Club first opened in 1882 and has been playing rugby since, surviving 2 world wars. The new clubhouse on Lodge Lane opened to allow for a larger training area and a place we could call our own!1660827161_42643603_2038773292840121_8643610481925292032_n.jpg

How will it help our club?

During this season our volunteers have worked hard sacrificing their own time and hard work to do as much as we can at the club to provide great playable surfaces and a clubhouse you want to visit!

What we will do with the funds:

- Reseat goal posts on Pitches 1, 3 & 4.

- Drainage on worst affected areas of Pitch 2 and kit storage area.

- Move old NLD kit container to training pitches to increase storage space.

- Driveway lighting repairs

If we surpass our goal/don't use all the funds we have other future projects these funds will be ringfenced for, for example:

- New patio/foodcourt area

- Solar battery storage

How can you help us?

The recent changes in utility costs and rising prices everywhere has affected everyone, and that includes our club. This fundraiser will support us to get vital equipment while helping us maintain our commitment to paying bills over the year.

So we ask anyone if at all possible to please donate as little or as much as they can to our amazing cause!

How are we going to achieve our goal?

We are reaching out to all members and supporters of LRFC and the whole area of Lincoln to ask for your help to achieve the required donation goal.

Players, coaches and members will complete challenges to raise funds. Events will be run in and out of the club to bring in donations. Every £1 that you can donate to this amazing club will help us to achieve our goal.

With a range of awards on offer to donators that vary from player sponsorship for the season to a signed photo of the Lincoln 1st team.

How will you know we have completed the work?

We will post details of all our new purchases on our social media platforms that reach out to over 3,000 people and/or inside the clubhouse.

Got an idea like this?

Over £200 million has been raised from our crowd to support the projects they love! Plus tens of millions more unlocked by our partners.
