This festive season, we’re inviting our community to help us continue creating opportunities for neurodivergent people to thrive — in life, learning, and work.
At Lily’s, we work with people who are neurodivergent and/or have additional needs through our employability and confidence-building programmes. We also collaborate with local employers to make workplaces more neuroinclusive, helping businesses understand, celebrate, and benefit from neurodiverse talent.
Every month, our reach and impact grow — new partnerships, new successes, and new stories of people discovering their strengths. But to keep building on this progress, we need your help.
🌟 Why We’re Crowdfunding
Like many community organisations, we’ve been affected by funding cuts across all our streams. This Christmas, we’re asking for your support so we can continue delivering our projects and expand our reach into new areas of East Kent in 2026.
