Light Up Loca! External Signage For Our Restaurant

Aim

Loca has quickly become one of Felixstowe’s most recognisable restaurants on social media but is missing it’s final external piece; signage.

Thank you for taking the time to look over our latest project. Our goal is to completely transform the building’s frontage with a stunning new illuminated feature that will become a landmark on Beach Street and beyond.

Our Vision

The project will include:

• Installation of premium halo-illuminated LED signage to both the front and side elevations of the building.
• A high-quality artificial hedge cladding system behind the signage, creating a bold, contemporary green wall.
• A complete exterior facelift that enhances the restaurant both during the day and after dark.
• Weather-resistant, low-maintenance materials designed to look fantastic all year round.
• A welcoming visual identity that makes Loca instantly recognisable from every approach.

Why It Matters

The exterior of a venue creates the very first impression. While our food, service and atmosphere have earned fantastic recognition, we believe the outside should finally match the experience guests enjoy inside.

This project isn’t simply about adding a sign, it’s about creating a destination.

The illuminated halo lettering will provide a warm, premium glow, while the artificial greenery softens the building and adds colour throughout every season. Together they’ll create a memorable backdrop for visitors, photographs and community events, helping Loca stand out as one of Felixstowe’s most distinctive independent venues.
