Lifecraft

RCN 1195632, Cambridge

Lifecraft is a user-led organisation for adults in the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough area who have experience of mental health difficulties in their lives. We offer a wide range of free mental health services to help and support our Members in their wellbeing and recovery. Our services include creative activities, recovery groups, social activities and employment and volunteering opportunities. We also have an Information Hub, a counselling service, a suicide bereavement support service, and Lifeline, a telephone helpline that runs 365 days a year. Lifecraft believes people who have experienced mental health difficulties are best placed to help others in the same position. Therefore all our services are user-led and are designed to promote recovery and empowerment.

Lifecraft

Lifecraft believes people who have experienced mental health difficulties are best placed to help others in the same position. All our services are user-led and are designed to promote recovery and empowerment. We are here to support any adult living in Cambridgeshire or Peterborough who needs support with their mental health. We operate the county's mental health helpline, Lifeline, which is open from 11am-11pm every day of the year. We also operate a Suicide Bereavement Support service for adults who have recently been bereaved by suicide. These services are open to all. Our membership services are open to anyone who is struggling with their mental health. Membership is free and allows people access to groups and activities that are designed to help people to build their support network, grow confidence and give them the skills to manage their mental health. Membership also allows people to access up to two years of free counselling. Our Member Employee Scheme supports people into work, or back into work, through short-term part-time employment, mentoring and training within the organisation.
