I’m crowdfunding to raise money to purchase larger machinery so I can launch my dairy free ice cream into local restaurants and shops
Hi!
I’m Rachel and I run ‘Lick’ Dairy Free Ice Cream.
Why plant based ice cream?
The purpose of my business is to create delicious ice cream that is produced ethically without compromising on taste or texture.
My plant based recipe tastes as good as dairy ice cream and gives the consumer all the taste, texture and creaminess of traditional dairy ice cream without the suffering that dairy farming causes.

Gizza lick
I decided to call it ‘Lick’ because that’s what you do with ice cream. At the moment flavours are Vanilla, Chocolate and Mint Choc Chip.
How funding will help me
Funding would enable me to purchase a larger ice cream making machine which will in turn enable me to produce the ice cream on a larger scale (up to 17 tubs an hour!) and get it into local restaurants and food retailers. I’d love a refrigerated van too but that’s next stage!
Funding will enable me to purchase stock of branded ice cream tubs and to develop more tasty flavours for ice creams which by the way, I would love suggestions for!
