Lexi's story - friendship benches for school

Aim
Lexi is 10. ASD mean making friends can be tricky for her. She is doing a wild swimming challenge to buy friendship benches for her school.
Hi I'm Lexi, I'm 10 years old.
I love playing like any other child. I love super heros, Spiderman is my favourite. My superpower is autism. My mum and dad say I'm magical.
I'm not different to other children I love 💕 life and playing and having fun. However, making friends can be difficult for me, and I spend a lot of time alone.
I'm raising money to buy friendship benches for my friends at school. A place to go when they are lonely and they can meet others.
Among other things I'm going to swim 10 breadth of Lindean loch in June. Wild swimming is cold and challenging for me as I'm small and get cold easily. However I do enjoy being in the loch. I'm also going to sell some of my toys and anything else I can to raise funds. Any additional funds will be given to my chosen good cause.
