LET's (Listen, exercise, talk and support)

The LET's team have been working with men for over a year, they came together to support each other, meeting in gyms and boxing clubs they realised that they had many things in common including dealing with ADHD, Anxiety, family issues, drugs and alcohol misuse etc, and were using exercise as their escape, but they needed more somewhere they could talk freely without judgement and in confidence. The lead team are a group from various backgrounds, they are all trained in mental health support and they are completely inclusive. They support each other by chatting, banter and exercise. Many of the men that come are see as 'Macho types' so they feel they can't talk about their emotions, but at the LET's sessions, they can. The group has become so successful, they are now looking for new premises and are developing a boys, Girls and Ladies groups, this has come about from community reaching out and asking for their help. In the the New Year the group will expand to fill this request  with 4 sessions per week. We are therefore selling these amazing calendars to raise funds to enable this to happen. Each Calendar is is A3 with a different member of the team in each month, with a little point of thought. The guys, had great fun, but also step out of their comfort zones to create this amazing Calendar.
