Hi I'm Jo, an award-winning commercial sales and business development leader with over 15 years of experience driving business growth and leading high-performing teams. My career is defined by strategic initiatives, measurable results, and strong client relationships. I'm passionate about leveraging innovation and talent to create impactful solutions.
In May 2025, I'm launching Let's GROW Black Female Founders (Let's GROW BFF), a consultancy dedicated to Black female entrepreneurs. This venture is a pivot from my corporate career, driven by a commitment to address the unique challenges faced by this demographic and close the wealth gap.
Beyond my professional life, I'm an advocate for Mothers, Neurodivergent individuals, the LGBTQ+ community, and Black women. As a Neurodivergent, Black, Mother and Expat, originally from Trinidad, I bring a unique perspective to problem-solving and leadership.
Let's GROW BFF will provide bespoke consulting, group coaching, and digital resources to empower Black female founders to build sustainable, scalable businesses.
Our Vision
Our vision is to create a world where Black female founders are empowered, equipped, and celebrated as drivers of economic growth and innovation. We aim to be at the forefront of change, supporting these entrepreneurs in their journeys.
