Help to start up a Gardening and farming charity!

Aim

The aim of this fundraiser to start up a Charity, this would benefit the community by creating an organic veg and wildlife friendly garden!

As some of you know, over the last 18 months I have been building a Permaculture garden, with the aim of aiding wildlife too. For two summers now I have been growing and selling Pollinator friendly plants, wildflowers and organic Veg, all grown in my Polytunnel, with all the money ploughed back into the site or donated to the woodland trust. Sadly due to a storm I lost my polytunnel and all the work I had achieved over the last 18 months. This was meant to be the starting location of my charity, where people could see a garden working in harmony with nature to achieve beautiful veg and flowers without the use of any chemicals.

My ultimate aim is to buy an acre of land and start a charity. A charity which would benefit us in countless ways and the struggling wildlife in this country. The way I would do this is my creating an garden, which would consist of essentially building it's only natural ecosystem, a permaculture garden where we grow food and the wildlife have a safe haven too live.

I would be running classes for the local community on how to grow your own veg/flowers, how to manage your own veg garden, and how to garden with wildlife in mind, as I believe our gardens are now at the forefront of conservation. I would welcome and love to have volunteers working alongside me, have school and nursery groups come to a learn from a young age.

To start this up though I need that acre and this is what this fundraiser is about. I am having to start again, but this time I want to go full pelt and for that I need a new location. God knows where that will be now!

So many of you online have been so kind with your messages after seeing the upsetting pictures of my polytunnel and asked how you could help. If you could spare a few pounds to help this charity come to a reality. It would not only help me but would help my local community, nature and wildlife.
