Thank you SO MUCH!
Hi everyone, I wanted to send you all an enormous thank you for your VERY generous and kind support of my Ride Across Britain. I started at Land's End at 0630 on 7 Sep and arrived at John O'Groats at 1400 on 15 Sep. 980 miles and 54000 feet of ascent over 9 days. The support and encouragement I received during the ride was so motivating. Each ride was over 100 miles and Day 1 in Cornwall was probably the hardest as it had so many short, punchy climbs. I was camping each night, starting each day at around 0630-0700 and finishing at around 1500 which gave me time to eat, stretch, eat and sleep before doing it all again the next day. It turns out that Scotland is HUGE (who knew?) - 4 of the 9 days were riding in Scotland, the route covered some stunning scenery, through Edinburgh, past Balmoral, and over some challenging climbs in the Cairngorms before the final day, which covered 105 miles, from Strathdon to John O'Groats. Once again, an enormous thank you to everyone for your very kind donation to the Primodos charity. So far, donations are over £2400. With my very best wishes, Simon
Between 6-15 September, i will be cycling from Land's End to John O'Groats - 980 miles in 9 days. I'm hoping my ride will raise awareness and funds for of the Primodos charity a cause that is very important to me as my brother, James, is affected by Primodos. Please donate and help me reach my target in aid of the Association For Children Damaged By Hormone Pregnancy Tests. Anything you can contribute towards helping me achieve my target will be massively appreciated. . I am funding the cost of the ride myself so all the donations will go directly to the charity
Thank you and best wishes,
Simon
