LEGAL FEES: STEPHANIE HAYDEN IS SUING ME
Trans gender activist Stephanie Hayden is suing veteran feminist and women’s history author Helena Wojtczak in the High Court, demanding damages of up to £100,000.
If you don’t know who Stephanie Hayden is, googling that name will reveal all.
Helena writes:
"I assert that women have the right to discuss issues that arise around transgenderism and our sex-based rights. I assert our right to discuss, assess and critique the conduct of activists who choose to put themselves prominently in the public eye, and claim to be public figures.
A little about me: 40 years ago, I became the first female guard on British Rail. I held that job for 20 years, during which time I fought for women's rights within the railway industry and within my trades union.
An accident on duty ended my career. Unable to work, I took up researching and writing women's history,self-publishing five books and a website (take a look at History of Women.)
I haven't done anything illegal. I am fairly sure I haven't even done anything wrong.
I need your support to fight this lawsuit.
Every donation will help.
Thank you all so much!"
