Aim
Leap Dance Festival will continue to bring dance opportunities for performers and spectators of all ages.
Leap Dance Festival is Liverpool City Region's leading dance event, showcasing the work of local artists, community groups and young people.
Since relaunching in 2024 we have brought dance to theatres, venues and public spaces across Liverpool.

Commissioned 35 new dance works including 5 films.
1,438 people have taken part in performances across Leap Dance Festival in 2024 and 2025.
We have supported the work of 7 emerging artists at an early stage in their careers.
Leap 2025 attracted audiences of 72,928 through live and digital engagement.

Leap is more than a dance festival, it is a celebration of our city region, the people that live here and the diverse communities that bring our city to life.
100% of the money raised through this crowd funder will be spent on dance activity, every £1 you pledge will provide increased opportunities to take part in workshops, perform and watch live dance.

We all love a boogie, whether its on a night out, at a family party, in the shower or when cleaning the house so let's shine a spotlight on dance.
