Thanks for taking the time to visit my page for our October Challenge #MTWalksForCharity Virtual Walk.
This year at Martin Tolhurst Solicitors we've decided to go virtual and support three charities in a new, fun, and safe way. From Thursday 1st to Saturday 31st October I'm going to design my own Charity Walk route. I will bring all the family along, and get stepping in support of ellenor, Mind and The Hygiene Bank. Martin Tolhurst Solicitors is trying to raise as much awareness and money as possible to be able to help those who have unfortunately had to use these charities.
These are the charities to whom I will be splitting any donations made:
- ellenor: their mission is to lead and coordinate the best personalized care for all ages, sharing our expertise to ensure that all families facing terminal illness get the right support in the best place possible, enabling them to make the most of the time they have
- North Kent Mind: they provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. They won't give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets support and respect.
- The Hygiene Bank: When someone can’t afford to maintain basic personal hygiene, this can have dramatic consequences on one’s self-esteem, access to work and place in society. The Hygiene Bank collect all hygiene products for both men and women and children from washing detergents to nappies rash creams and razors and shaving foam.
