LCA's objectives are to promote any charitable purpose for the benefit of the community of Liverpool and surrounding areas by the advancement of education, the protection of health and the relief of poverty, sickness and distress. LCA's aims are to provide free, independent, confidential and non-judgemental advice. We have specialist services in Debt, Money Advice, Housing, Welfare Rights and Financial Capability.

LCA does not receive any direct government funding and is financed through grand aid and donations as well as income from contracted services.

For every pound received:
50p is spent on Housing and Eviction Advice
30p is spent on Money and Debt Advice
20p is spent on Maximising Savings with Utility Efficiency Advice
