Bury two little girls who died in poverty

My friend in Christ, Mr Noel was in hospital in Uganda with TB.  His bank would not release funds without a debit card in place. His two children were at home alone with sickle cell disease and no food.  Myself and friends paid for their medicine but could not help further.  Noel's new bank would not let him access funds for food without a bank card.  It took ten days for them to send it and in that time his kids died of starvation.  This is the disgusting mess that is Uganda. 

Noel is still sick but he is not allowed back in the hospital until his children are buried.  All of his wages have gone on his TB treatment and he cannot bury them.  

please please send some money to help bury these children so that my hardworking friend can get back to hospital.
