For over 25 years, Launch It has supported young people from underserved communities to start and grow their own businesses. We’ve helped more than 12,000 young people turn ideas into income — from streetwear brands and cafés to tech and creative start-ups.
Based in the historic Longton Town Hall, Launch It Stoke-on-Trent supports young people to turn bold ideas into sustainable businesses. Rooted in a city renowned for its craft, creativity and industrial heritage, we champion the next generation of makers, founders and innovators. Through subsidised workspace, training, mentorship and practical support, we help local talent thrive and shape the future of Stoke-on-Trent.
Across our hubs, we transform empty or underused buildings into affordable, supportive workspaces where young people can launch their businesses. Through our two-year incubation programme, they receive practical training, mentoring, peer support and space to grow at a pace that works for them.
Many young people face barriers such as unemployment, lack of confidence, limited networks or nowhere affordable to work. Launch It removes these barriers and supports young entrepreneurs to build sustainable futures.
