Backing young people to build businesses and brighter futures across London

For over 25 years, Launch It has supported young people from underserved communities to start and grow their own businesses. We’ve helped more than 12,000 young people turn ideas into income — from streetwear brands and cafés to tech and creative start-ups.

In London, our work is rooted in communities that are rich in talent but often overlooked. At Launch It Angel Yard in Edmonton, a row of formerly derelict garages has been transformed into a thriving enterprise and community hub where local young founders are building fashion brands, creative studios and social ventures.

At Launch It Neasden, Brent, we provide affordable workspace and hands-on business support to young entrepreneurs who are determined to turn ideas into sustainable income.

And at Launch It Tottenham, our longest-running London centre, located in a former fire station, we continue to support generations of young people to launch and grow businesses in a space that reflects the resilience and ambition of the local community.

Across our London hubs, we transform empty or underused buildings into affordable, supportive workspaces where young people can launch their businesses. Through our two-year incubation programme, they receive practical training, mentoring, peer support and space to grow at a pace that works for them.

Many young people face barriers such as unemployment, lack of confidence, limited networks or nowhere affordable to work. Launch It removes these barriers and supports young entrepreneurs to build sustainable futures.
