Aim

Help us launch and sustain a youth football teams in Oldbury, creating opportunities, structure and positive pathways for young people.

Who are we?

Vocal Rogue® CIC is not just another football club. We are a registered social enterprise using structured sport as an early-intervention tool to build confidence, resilience, and positive behaviours in young people aged 9+.

Operating directly within deprived areas, low-income households, and single-parent families, our development programme provides a vital, positive alternative to negative street influences, peer pressure, and risk-taking behaviours. We create a safe space where underrepresented youth feel heard, valued, and mentored.

Why are we crowdfunding? Our Proven Framework

We know our framework works because we have already spent three years self-funding and proving the concept out of our own personal pockets.

Operating our pilot at the Hyde's Road playing fields in Wednesbury, we took a squad of 18 local young people and built them into champions. They didn't just win the 2025/26 U16's FA Walsall Junior Football League shield - they won in life. Driven by our mission of continuous progression, every single member of that original pilot group has now successfully moved into full-time college, traineeships, or employment.

Now, we are expanding into Oldbury to launch our brand new Under 10s squad this September. To keep this program accessible to the families who need it most, we only charge a heavily subsidised subscription of £21 per month.

However, we currently receive £0 in core funding. While we have submitted a long-term, 2-year funding bid to the National Lottery, paperwork delays mean their panel decision will not land before our season starts. With the launch only weeks away, we face an immediate funding gap for essential start-up costs, safety courses, and winter facilities. We refuse to turn these 12 children away.
