Aim
We are running this prize draw to raise money for the urgent essential repairs of our historic radio ship Ross Revenge in dry dock
The Prize
Our prize draw is for a striking original oil painting of Ross Revenge during her distant water fishing trawler days, painted in 1974 by G Farrow. The painting is mounted in its original gold coloured wooden frame, which measures approx 40” wide x 35” deep. The painting itself is approx 35” wide x 29” deep
The Cause
Ross Revenge is in urgent need of dry docking, where surveys and important maintenance can be carried out. Our prize draws will hopefully help supplement our fundraising appeal to achieve our goal of securing the future of our historic ship, which is an important part of both deep sea fishing and broadcasting history.
