We aim to buy 10 laptops and distribute them to children and young people who need them for home-schooling in the UK national lockdown.
National lockdown means online education at home for most children and young people in the UK.
Some learners don't have their own laptops, or live in households where there's one device between a family, or no device at all.
So we're fundraising to purchase 10 laptops for children and young people who need them to continue their education.
With your support, we will buy and distribute laptops in our home cities of Derby (East Midlands) and Gateshead (North East).
We are working with schools and local authorities to give the laptops to children and young people who need them.
If you can help us reach the target of £2,500, we will buy and distribute 10 laptops at £250 each.
Please help if you can and spread the word. Thank you.
