We will empower and support migrant women in our community by addressing language barriers and facilitating their entry into the job market.
Our team at Express Tuition is driven by a shared vision of creating positive change in our community. We founded this organisation with the belief that education and support can transform lives.
Our dedicated team includes experienced language instructors, financial educators, and community outreach specialists who are passionate about empowering migrant women. Together, we have developed the idea for the project, "Language and Employment Support for Migrant Women."
Our vision is simple yet powerful: to provide economically inactive migrant women with the tools and knowledge they need to achieve greater financial independence and resilience. We understand the unique challenges these women face, including language barriers and employment difficulties, and we are committed to breaking down these barriers.
The money we raise will be used strategically to deliver on this vision. With £5,000, we will provide language learning sessions, financial education resources, and job readiness workshops to 60 participants. This funding will enable us to equip them with the skills and confidence needed to secure employment and take control of their financial futures.
If we reach our stretch target of £10,000, we will extend the project delivery period, allowing us to offer ongoing support and resources to ensure long-term success for the participants.
Our ultimate goal is to see these migrant women not only achieve financial independence but also become active and engaged members of our community. We believe that by investing in their education and empowerment, we are contributing to a stronger, more inclusive society where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
With your support, we can turn this vision into a reality and make a lasting impact on the lives of migrant women in our community. Thank you for considering our project and joining us on this journey of positive change.
