Thames path 100km 24hr Challenge

Aim

I will be attempting to walk 103km continuously from Putney to Henley on Thames

Sunday 31st January 2021 we lost our beloved father/grandfather Bernard Myerscough. He fought dementia for many years and fought every illness that was thrown at him. He showed so much strength and bravery and we will be forever proud of him. Unfortunately at the beginning of January 2021, our Dad/Grandad caught covid-19 and fought it till the very end, after developing pneumonia. He was an inspiration to everyone, the strongest person on this earth and someone we will never forget. We will forever miss him and he will always be with us.

We have set ourselves the challenge of attempting to complete the Thames Path ultra challenge 103km, in under 24hrs.

We will be raising much needed funds for the Covid memorial wall. They added my father to the wall on my behalf and the volunteers work tirelessly on the up keep of the wall.
