London Academy of Excellence Tottenham is a sixth form school in Tottenham with staff who have been particpating in Tough Mudder for 4 years, fundraising for the work of different local and national charities. This will be our 5th year of participating in Tough Mudder London West with 30 Staff and Alumni aiming to complete the 5km or 15km race with 12 to 20 obstacles in their way on Sunday 11th of May. This will be our largest team yet slipping and slidding through mud this time fundraising for the work of Tottenham Foodbank.
Tottenham Foodbank is a grassroots food aid organisation, based in Tottenham's iconic Victorian Town Hall building. They provide emergency food parcels containing at least three days’ worth of nutritionally balanced meals for individuals and families.
Many of our clients are elderly, disabled or 'newly hungry' (previously having comfortable incomes, which have been lost due to the economic impact of the pandemic).
So please give what you can as Aimee, Anisa, Andrea, Ben, Deborah, Farouk, Freddie, George, Genti, Helen, Imran, James, Jan, Jibril, Jo, Kamile, Leyla, Michael, Obi, Olimi, Philip, Raima, Rianna, Rufus, Sarah, Serenea, Simon, Tetyana, Tyler and Zaidoune tackle muddy obstacles on the 11th of May and support the work of Tottenham Foodbank,
