About the project

Kyle suffered a catastrophic Brain Haemorraghe in November 2009 and following major surgery, he has been left unable to do what are the basic things we all take for granted. Like, walking, washing and dressing, feeding himself and much more.... He still requires around the clock care and support to access activities outside the home.

The family have already had to fight tirelessly for medical assistance, care and most of all rehab, to help him regain some of his lost skills. As a result, a charity is being set up called Kyle's Goal www.kylesgoal.org.uk, to help fund the build of a rehabilitation centre for children and young adults with an Aquired Brain Injury or similar neurological conditions. The family and supporters are very active with the campaign and fund raising, however, as a charity, this can not benefit Kyle as an Individual, and his daily struggle still goes on.
