KITCHEN BOY: A SHORT FILM

Kitchen Boy is a drama, set nearly entirely within a 2 Michelin Star restaurant’s kitchen, where a young chef named Robert is pushed to his breaking point by the infamous head-chef, and restaurateur, Andrea Carter. 

Think Whiplash meets Gordon Ramsay’s Boiling Point.

BUILDING THE WORLD 

Drawing upon influences from Whiplash, Gordon Ramsay's Boiling Point and Foxcatcher, Kitchen Boy will study the lengths, and sacrifices, people will go to in order to achieve their dreams, analysing the dynamic between our main character Robert and Andrea Carter.

A MESSAGE FROM THE DIRECTOR

"Three years ago, I wrote the first draft of what would become Kitchen Boy. I put it back in the drawer believing that it simply wasn't possible to make this film. Now, following on from my previous two directing experiences, I have a newfound sense of belief that with your support, and with the help of my extremely talented crew, we can make this dream project of mine a reality!" - Ben Hands

Clean Teaser Trailer  

Thanks to your help on our last crowdfunder, we managed to create Clean, a romantic drama spanning three timelines depicting the beginning, breakdown and tragic end of a young couple’s relationship.

Blue Skies Trailer

The first film produced by our crew, Blue Skies tells the story of Michael, a young IRA Volunteer who stumbles upon an injured British Soldier in the woods near Warrenpoint, Northern Ireland where he must make the ultimate choice.
