Thank you again to all those who have pledged their support to kit out the function room at our new home in Moston! So far we have raised £14,500 from 223 backers and are over half way to our £26,000 target, an amazing achievement. We have already sold out the guest commentary spots at FCUM Radio. We are all looking forward to hearing our new announcers cheering on FC in Moston! We have also sold out of framed photographs of the new ground. They were limited edition and were snapped up quick!
However, we still have a lot to raise in order to reach our target. We also have only 45 days left in which to do it. With this in mind, we are introducing a new reward today: A framed copy of the programme cover for FC's first game in Moston, signed by first team manager Karl Marginson.
Bear in mind, there are only 70 available, and after seeing how quick the ground photographs went, it would be advisable to get in quick before they disappear!
Because of the amazing reaction to our campaign so far, we are also looking at other reward ideas to add in the following week or so. Watch this space for more project updates. Also, remember to share our page with others. Together we are showing how football clubs can be run: by the fans, for the fans. If crowdfunding works for FC United, it can work for other teams too. Let's lead the way!
