Short Tale Sounds are back!
Following the release of our debut series, PROTEUS, we have embarked on telling an original multi-series story...
Killing Time promises action and intrigue, with diverse and original characters. The show will push the boundaries of audio drama storytelling, whilst furthering the cinematic sound design and narratives intrinsic to Short Tale Sounds. Killing Time will span a variety of genres, across mystery, thriller-horror, sci-fi, but also coming of age and drama.
Synopsis:
After a nomadic life of broken homes, false starts and trying to hold down a job, all Sean Ashby wants is to find his place in this world. That is, until a mysterious stranger speaking in riddles hands him a coin from 2042. Sean soon learns that he is the latest recipient of a cursed token which is handed from victim to victim. Hunted by the wicked Time Killer, Samael, from a pocket universe called The Timeless Place, Sean must band together with an unlikely duo in a game of cat and mouse across time. From the distant past to the far prospective future, only their whit and courage under increasingly perilous circumstances may see them overcome their tormentor, and save the ones they love.
