Once driven to extinction, ospreys have returned to Forestry England Kielder. Support this amazing project and your donation will be doubled
High in the treetops on specially built eight metre high nesting posts in Kielder Forest, Northumberland, something extraordinary is happening.
Watch our two nest cameras below. From first feeds to sibling squabbles, every day brings something new.
Will you be part of this incredible wildlife story?
Donate today, and thanks to British Airways, your donation will be doubled*.
Watch our livestream cameras: nest 1a all three chicks have hatched. Their Dad is doing a great job catching fish for the family, whilst mum is concentrating on sheltering and protecting their youngsters.

And the amazing view over Kielder Forest from nest 12. These parents are nurturing their eggs.
Every donation — big or small - will help the ospreys of Kielder. Your gift will:
Without these purpose built nesting sites, the ospreys would not be able to nest and raise their young in Kielder.
Why we need your support
Kielder’s ospreys face real challenges; severe weather, migration risks and predators threaten their fragile recovery. Nature can be harsh. But there is hope. Last year, we watched from our cameras as osprey parents raised three chicks. Although sadly one did not survive, two female youngsters Ingram and Ingoe, survived.
Donate today and your donation goes twice as far.
Who we are:
Forestry England manages more land and trees than any other organisation in England. Some of our best-loved wildlife, including osprey's, depends on our careful and sustained land management for their survival.
Kielder is a great place to see a variety of wildlife. The Kielder osprey population has grown to become one of the largest natural colonies in the UK with an impressive six nests across 250 square miles forest.
Help be part of this incredible wildlife story.
Working together we can achieve so much more.
Forestry England is working with British Airways to raise funds for this amazing project.
The Kielder Osprey project is a partnership between Forestry England, Kielder Water & Forest Park Development Trust, Northumberland Wildlife Trust, Northumbrian Water and Wild Intrigue.
Thank you for your support today.
