The aim of our project is to offer existing and new clients some fantastic deals & to help us get get the studio back on its feet.
Our Story
River Studios has been at the heart of Southampton’s music scene community for the last 10 years. A beautiful old building that has been transformed into a popular state-of-the-art recording studio, rehearsal rooms and music complex that provides a superb venue for musicians local to the Southampton area to learn, practice and professionally record their music.
Every day we aim at providing a quality, comfortable creative environment for young and old and every age in between to enjoy their music activities. Everybody from hobbyists all the way through to professional artists and bands find their way to our doors to enjoy our extensive services.
Unfortunately, the global COVID-19 pandemic has created an uncertain future for all the activity at River Studios unless we get it flying back on track as soon as the restrictions are lifted.
The Aim of our project
The aim of our Kickstarter project is to offer existing and new clients some fantastic deals plus give them the opportunity to help us get the studio back on its feet.
Many music artists in and around Southampton rely on us being there and we really want to be able to continue providing the services we have been doing long into the future, plus start running our exciting new projects we have worked so hard to organise for the community.
Who we are:
The studio provides work for local music producers, engineers, teachers and reception staff and is a wonderful creative space for those learning to sing, dance, play a musical instrument and complete their recording projects.
Furthermore, we are the local centre for Rockskool grades, we run BTEC Diplomas, song writing and artist development programmes and about to embark on this progressive new project where we can offer free music lessons, grades and production to disadvantaged musicians in the local area.
Our Idea:
We've just gone mad and put together some great offers for new and existing customers with some huge savings to kick start the studio reopening!
2 free Singing or Music lessons
Pay £90 for 3 Singing or Music lessons (£30 each) and we will give you *2 free lessons! (*applicable to new clients only on this offer)
4 hours free rehearsal time; Rehearsing bands spend £120 (10 Hours) and we’ll give you £48 (4 Hours) FREE!
Save £400 on 3-Day Recording studio time
£500 for 3 full days in the studio (Usually £900, save £400!)
Madness!!! Why so cheap? If we can kickstart £6,000 bookings in 14 days, we’ll get Government funded £2,000 to match and we want to pass this reward back to our customers for helping.
