Whitstable Christmas Lights — Let’s Keep Our Town Shining!
Four years ago, Whitstable came together to make something magical happen — a permanent affordable Christmas lights project that brings warmth and sparkle to our town. Thanks to your amazing generosity and the hard work of local volunteers, businesses and tradespeople, Whitstable now glows every festive season.
Now, it’s time to add to the magic and keep our lights shining bright!
Thanks to the remaining funds from our last fundraiser and your generous donations, we’ve already replaced over 250 bulbs and kept the lights sparkling for the past 4 years. This year some of the businesses have invested in stars and with your help we would love to add even more stars to make Whitstable shine brighter than ever and spread a little extra festive cheer!
The project is still proudly led by Janine from Pure by the Sea and Roland from The Ship Centurion, with support from Shop by the Sea, Whitsparkle, and a wonderful team of local volunteers and skilled tradespeople who give their time for free.
