Aim
Fundrasing to provide a warm, fun and positive place, which is welcome to all families and individuals to visit in the cold winter months.
Who are we?
Momo's Cafe CIC and Powered by Hip Hop CIC (UC Crew)
Momo's is a community cafe in the heart of St Helens Town Centre they provide a welcoming space for all to enjoy a good cuppa and a bite to eat, whilst providing activities to improve mental health, improve people's skills and preserve the town's history.
Powered by Hip Hop is the town's leading youth organisation, which uses Break Dancing, Circus, DJing, Parkour and Graffiti Art to change young people's lives.
Community Impact
Momo's provide regular activities during the week, that play an active role in improving wellbeing levels across the borough, safeguard the history of our town for many years to come, provide an autistic family-friendly venue fro all to visit and a local hub for community groups to meet. They help over 2000 people a year.
Powered by Hip Hop provide essential youth provision across the borough to engage children and teens to curve anti-social behaviour, provide heritage projects, bring new arts to St Helens, keep children/teens active and improve young people's mental health. They support 1500 people a year.

Why are we crowdfunding?
We are crowdfunding to provide a warm space for families to visit during the cold winter months, that not only provides warmth, food and hot drinks, but has activities for children, teens and families to get involved with.
The next few months are going to be tough on finances and on our mental health, we want to provide parents with a rest break whilst at the cafe, so the children can enjoy themselves, keep warm and grow in confidence.
The money we raise will allow to us to keep the heating on, make changes to the cafe and provide fun youth activities for children, teens and families to increase well-being levels and combat depression.
