The country's only tactical voting project for every election: Local, Mayor, Senedd & Scottish Parliament. We help people make their vote count!
Britain's electoral system is unfair. It allows a party to win with very little of the overall vote. This means that a lot of votes are essentially wasted. We know that many people want to make their vote count, and vote tactically to stop Reform from taking advantage of this system and gaining control.
It's not always clear how to do this. That's why we provide unbiased, independent advice. And it's accurate - an impressive 99.67% at the last general election, where we helped millions of people to vote tactically, make their vote count and to stop the Tories and Reform.

How tactical voting works:
In many seats, only two parties have a chance of winning. In the example below, it's only Reform and the Lib Dems. If we provide this information to people, supporters of other parties such as Labour and Greens can lend their votes to the Lib Dems. This helps the Lib Dems beat Reform and keep them out of government.
It's not always clear which party has the best chance to stop Reform, especially with polling changing so much since the last elections. Multiple parties will often claim to be "the tactical choice" or the only way to beat Reform in an area. Residents are left not knowing who to believe. That's why we're providing independent analysis on who to choose.
Our work so far:
We've helped remove many, many Tory and Reform MPs and councillors, contributing to as many as 91 extra Lib Dem, Green, and Labour MPs at last year's General Election.
We helped to keep Reform out of Manchester in the Gorton & Denton by-election where we comissioned a poll (thanks to donations from people like you!) and correctly identified that the Greens would be most likely to beat Reform there.
We helped keep Reform out of the Welsh Senedd in October, and entirely kicked the Tories out of Wales' Westminster seats.
There are also hundreds of local by-elections every year and we are taking action to keep Reform’s regressive, divisive politics out of as many of our local councils as we can. We make tactical voting recommendations almost every week!
This involves extensive research into who is the best placed candidate to beat Reform (or the Tories), publishing the information on our website, informing local candidates, emailing people in the local area, and placing social media ads to reach the voters who can really make a difference.
If we sit back and let Reform slowly take over our local councils they will not only have a negative impact on services in those areas, they will also be in a much better position at the next general election to win in the wider constituency too. We cannot let this happen.
This is why we’re asking for donations, so we can fund this vital project and prevent as many Reform councillors from winning as possible.
We were the only tactical voting site campaigning in Caerphilly.
Tactical voting was critical in what was supposed to be a knife-edge election.
In the end it wasn't even close.

Millions of people came together and used our advice to vote hundreds of Tories out of parliament, and successfully defend many seats against Reform.
But we didn't just help replace Tory MPs with Labour MPs. A lot of people incorrectly assume that Labour are always the best placed party to beat the Tories or Reform. One of the reasons our work is vital is because we can help point out the places where other parties are actually the best positioned to defeat them.
In England we ended up with 64 new Liberal Democrat MPs and 4 Green MPs - the most either party has ever had.
Wales now has zero Tory or Reform MPs! Scotland are down to only 5 Conservative held seats.
Our aim is to provide voters with the information they need to make the most informed choice possible, to use their vote efficiently in the fight against the right, and to vote together for a better future.
We demand better politics
People shouldn't have to vote tactically. Britain deserves a fair and representative voting system. Elections should be held using a method that delivers fair and equal votes for everyone. When we're not giving tactical voting advice to stop the right, we're working to make this happen.
