Coaches Challenges
- 124km walk
- 3000 burpees
- Run all the way around Portsea Island (half marathon)
- 500 press ups, 500 sit ups and 500 squats
Swimmer Challenges:
- 400km cycle
- 25km sea swim
- Ben Nevis climb - 4,413 feet (5 x up Butser Hill)
- Ironman family challenge
