Aim: I am raising money for a charitable cause that is very important to me so please donate and help me reach my target
As I’m about to approach my 40th birthday, I know, I can hear you all saying she doesn’t look old enough! I wanted to set myself a challenge for the year ahead, and to make it even more meaningful, I want to do something for a charity very close to my heart.
Therefore, I’m about to embark on a whole year of abstinence from alcohol, and you all know how much I love a bottomless brunch or a gin and tonic after work!
So starting from my 40th birthday on the 29th June 2022, not a drop shall pass my lips for 365 days until the same day in 2023.
I want to do this for the charity, Mitchell’s Miracles. A charity set up by some family friends who now help support families affected by Neuroblastoma childhood cancer. You can read more about the charity in the link below.
