Seeking and pleading for your support in relation to a distressing incident that occurred five weeks ago, involving a 10 year child.

by Zaire’s Story in London, England, United Kingdom

1741083990_img_2161.jpegZaire, a young child full of potential, has faced unimaginable hardships after being relentlessly bullied at school, resulting in both physical and emotional injuries. His mother is determined to give him a future where he can heal, learn, and thrive free from fear. This fundraiser is dedicated to covering Zaire's tuition and therapy costs as he transitions to a safer, more supportive learning environment. Additionally, we aim to support his mother in pursuing legal action against the school, while helping her create a safe, homeschooling space for all her children. Your generous contribution will make a world of difference in giving Zaire and his family the chance to heal, grow, and rebuild their lives.

The most recent incident occurred six weeks ago, involving Zaire who was assaulted by a peer at school. This assault resulted in significant physical injury to Zaire, and the matter is currently under investigation by the police under Section 47 of the Offences Against the Person Act (ABH). The student responsible for the assault will be questioned under police caution. However, there is a deep concern and disheartening to report that the school’s headteacher has allegedly overwritten crucial CCTV footage that was required as evidence in this case. This action has hindered the investigation and further impacted Zaire’s experience, as there is no video evidence that could have played an important role in supporting the case. I amappealing to anyone who may be able to assist in ensuring that this matter is addressed with the seriousness it deserves. It is essential that the school is held accountable for any actions that may have impeded this investigation, and that Zaire’s well-being is prioritised during this challenging time. There will be peaceful protest outside of the school on Friday 7th March 2025

The support Mum is seeking includes:

Assistance in ensuring the proper investigation and accountability of the school’s actions, particularly with respect to the deletion of the CCTV footage.

Advocacy for the safety and security of her child and other students within the school environment.

Any advice or guidance on how we can ensure that justice is served in this matter.

A message from mum: “I appreciate your attention to this situation, and I would be grateful for any support you can provide to help ensure the safety and well-being of my child moving forward .”
