Aim
Funding litigation as first UK employee of non-UK employer.
I was the first UK employee of a non-UK company. I have chosen to take legal action - thus I cannot provide details. However, I had just managed to get my finances in order after recovering from financial abuse and restoring my credit rating. Related to this issue, I have far over £10,000 tied up with HRMC but on top of the legal fees I have paid, while still looking for job after several months - I need help keeping up with legal costs. I do not have legal insurance. I cannot use my foreign credit to pay via credit card or loan. I have paid a retainer which was estimated tocover expenses but the costs are rising higher than anticipated - due to the complexity (number of related issues). I strongly believe it is imperative to protect our employment rights in the UK. I don't want anyone else to unnecessarily go through what I have.
