Aim
To raise funds for junior cricket at Sarisbury Athletic Cricket Club
Our colts section is a source of great pride to Sarisbury Athletic Cricket Club and our number of young people directly affiliated with our club is now over 100 from U9 through to U15 with U17 cricket coming in 2024.
Our All-Stars and Dynamos may well make this closer to 200 in the coming months. As a result we are always in need of support from our community, members and other generous contributors to enable us to continue with the programme of coaching, educating our coaches and qualifying more to enable us to deliver to more of our young people.
Expenditure for colts sections includes equipment, kit, coaches, coach education, venues and facilities - all of which make such a difference to the experience of our players.
In addition we will utilise this funding to ensure our partners ID PE & Sport can provide access to a cricket camp during the summer holiday that will be free of charge at the point of entry for young players both members and the general public.
Any support you can provide would be very welcome and allow the club to continue providing the valuable community resource helping young people play the game we all fell in love with many years ago.
This project successfully funded on 5th April 2024
